The site is situated on the newly completed Cape Coast Highway on the western side of Accra, 20km from the existing Accra Mall that is located towards the eastern side. Excellent access from this highway is being provided via an underpass from the highway to the mall. West Hills Mall is situated in a rapidly developing middle class residential area (LSM 5-8) which is a 30 minute drive from the Accra CBD and forms the gateway into the Greater Accra Region from Western Ghana.

West Hills Mall is owned in partnership with the Social Security National Insurance Trust of Ghana (SSNIT). Key tenants secured to date include the anchor Shoprite as well as The Palace, Edgars, Jet, Truworths, Identity, the Foschini Group and Woolworths.
