Renier van Rensburg
Chief Finance Officer

Renier joined the Atterbury Group in April 2012 as CFO of the newly formed Atterbury Africa Fund. He qualified as a CA(SA) in 1999 and completed his articles with Ernst & Young. Since completing his articles he has held various senior management and executive positions. He spent most of his time in the medical and property developed industries. Here he has been responsible for managing various administrative departments and fulfilling the role of CFO. He has a keen interest in supporting and mentoring of employees to reach their organizations’ goals. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, structuring and implementing of new projects.



Wynand finished his articles at Deloitte and qualified as CA (SA) in 2009. He then joined the corporate division at Famous Brands Ltd, where his main responsibilities were group-reporting and tax. He was involved in the restructuring of the group and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Atterbury Group in 2011 as group finance manager of Atterbury Investment Holding Ltd, before moving to the Africa division in 2013.



Samantha has been in the administrative field since the last 7 years and has a profound knowledge in Professional IT skills having acquired first class certificates in processing techniques in 2010.  From 2008 through to 2014, she gained much experience professionally by assisting her superiors within the company and is recognized for her commitment.  She joined Bluelife Limited; a real estate development company in Mauritius in 2011 as Front Office Assistant and was promoted to the post of Administrative Assistant following her dedication and hard work. She is currently doing her ABE Higher Diploma in Business Management.



Hannatjie joined AttAfrica in September of 2015 as an asset manager after managing a wide range of South African and Zambian assets for Heriot Properties. Her wide range of experience includes South Africa, Zambia and various buildings in Fish Hoek, Mowbray, Athlone and Sea Point in Cape Town as well as industrial parks and offices in Gauteng. Hannatjie is a performance driven, hard worker coming from a solid background in property management where she started at Gensec (known as JHI properties today) where she made a name for herself. Hannatjie oversees a strong team of individuals who all share a common passion for Africa.

DC Kemp
Financial Manager

DC Kemp joined the AttAfrica team in May of 2016 after working at Deloitte for several years in Audit, Risk Advisory and Consulting. Born and raised in Pretoria, DC has a passion for golf, rugby, hunting and reading. He completed his degree in BCom Accounting at the University of Pretoria in 2008 after which he did his articles at Deloitte and qualified as a CA(SA). After his articles he spent time in Canada working in audit before coming home to South Africa to return to Deloitte Risk Advisory. DC is not your typical accountant, he is a well-rounded individual with an inquisitive personality and a lust for life and a passion for the African economy and the property industry.
